Exceptionally nice central location adjacent to other local attraction, city market and the Thar desert. For short-orders there was Bikaner Restaurant, we found it close by.
Nothing bad to say.

The value for money at Silk Route was unbeatable, it felt like a 4-Star-Hotel for the price of a hostel. The room was clean and spacious, with a great bathroom and shower. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the fort, and the views from the rooftop were stunning, especially at night. But what made the stay truly memorable was the staff - they picked us up late at night, cooked delicious meals, showed us around, and always had valuable tips with a smile. Truly exceptional service!
The breakfast could be better, maybe adding a few more options to choose from.

From the minute we arrived in Jaisalmer, Bhawani, the manager of Silk Route, made us feel at home. The hotel itself was clean, elegant, and practical, offering a 5-star experience at a 3-star price. The staff, especially Guman & Akbar, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The personal safari trip was the best experience we've had, with a longer camel ride and a visit to a lovely village. The food was amazing, and the peaceful atmosphere was a welcome retreat from the busyness of India.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

The location was convenient, with attractions nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, organizing an incredible camel and sand dune sunset trip off the beaten path. The hotel even accommodated our late dinner requests and served cold beer. The breakfast omelettes were delicious. we cannot recommend this guest house enough.
